Using the site

Pumpkin Squashing is free to use for personal enjoyment, including in classrooms, waiting rooms, and libraries. No permission or licence is needed to open it and play.

What you agree not to do

• Attack, overload, or probe the site or its host.
• Re-host a copy that claims to be the original.
• Strip the site's code out and present it as your own work.

Ownership

The artwork, code, sound, and text are owned by Project Research LLC unless a file says otherwise.

Privacy and security

How the site handles information — which, by design, is almost nothing — is set out in full in the privacy policy. If you find a security problem, report it the way the security page describes rather than filing it as ordinary feedback.

No warranty

The site is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. It may be offline, changed, or withdrawn at any time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Project Research LLC is not liable for loss arising from use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
